Webcasting Specialist

 

Shareholder.com, a NASDAQ Company, provides live audio and video webcasting services for thousands of events annually. We work with some of the biggest companies and events like Google, Microsoft and UPS.  We are currently looking for someone with ability to work within a fast-paced team oriented environment supporting our client base’s crucial and sensitive material.  The position entails strong client support and technical expertise within our Media Operations. The ideal candidate will build solid relationships with our Information Technology, Web Development and Client Service departments as well as vendors.  Webcasting experience a plus. Knowledge of audio and video technology, problem solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills required. 

 

ResponsibilitiesTake ownership for the successful execution of our clients webcasts events.Schedule and monitor webcasts.Communicate with internal departments and external clients.Manage and communicate with third party vendors.  Provide technical assistance and best practices support to clients and account managers.Provide onsite technical support to clients.

 

RequirementsStrong attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and written and verbal communications skills.Command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.Basic knowledge of HTML, graphic design software and audio/video software.Self-Sufficient worker with strong team skills.Flexible hoursB.S./B.A. degree.Ability to travel
