POSITION SUMMARY:
The Program Support Specialist will work as a part of a project team to support the enhancement, maintenance, and administration tasks associated with the information, outreach, and public involvement activities of a federal client.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, liberal arts, or a related field.
Experience: Up to two (2) years of experience in communications, writing/editing, or customer/client services.
Skills: Requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, the ability to work as part of a team, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ability to multitask, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
