Endeca Engineer

We are currently recruiting for an engineer with competency in developing and architecting data solutions using the Endeca enterprise search product set. Job responsibilities include mapping requirements to technical solutions to provide data mining capabilities to end users.
 
Required Qualifications:

· BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related area

· 1+ year architecting and/or developing Endeca solutions

· Experience with full system lifecycle for application development

· Expertise to manage the data transformation layer of Information Access platform

· Expertise in designing and implementing the ITL process for the Endeca pipeline.

· Expertise in designing and maintaining Endeca pipelines

· Skills to build and maintain MDEX on Endeca platform

· Expertise in designing and building the baseline and partial update process

· Attention to detail, accuracy, precision in all work.

· Enthusiastic, hard working, self-motivated, and the ability to work independently.

· Stable employment history.

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

 Preferred Qualifications:

· Master’s Degree preferred but not required.

· Oracle PL/SQL knowledge is a plus

· Working knowledge of Unix based operating systems
