EMAIL DATABASE ANALYST Headquartered in scenic Port Washington, NY, Publishers Clearing House is a leading multi-channel direct marketer of value-based consumer products and magazines promoted with a chance to win huge sweepstakes prizes through the mail or from its rapidly growing website, pch.com. PCH is currently seeking anEmail Database Analyst. JOB DESCRIPTION:(Essential Functions)·  Analyze mailing results by type of email campaign, name group (online paid buyer, offline paid buyer, prospect), quality of name (based on smart keys)·  Provide insights on the email file·  Validate info coming out of E-Dialog snapshots·  Determine which customers should receive which types of email efforts based on segmentation using existing models·  Handle “online age/income by productâ€� and “online universe dashboardâ€�·  Analyze and report on micro sites, Search & Win (Blingo) and partner data·  Analyze initial value by source to assist acquisition group in their buying decisions·  Respond to various ad hoc requests/data inquires·  Utilize Coremetrics analytics tools to analyze traffic and behavioral segments on our sites·  Track testing results including promotions and differences in the path using true path reports SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:·  Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or extensive course work in one or more of these areas·  3+ years experience in an analytical role·  Solid proven quantitative background·  Prior usage of online analytics tools such as Webtrends, Omniture, Google Analytics and Coremetrics a plus·  Setting up multivariate or A/B testing on live sites·  Segmentation of online visitors·  Proficiency in Excel·  Prior use of SAS or SPSS a plus·  Understanding of basic SQL code Publishers Clearing House is an Equal Opportunity Employer. To apply, please include a cover letter and salary history.
