High School degree 2. Speak and understand English 3. Good solder skills (HNP, SN96, SN63) 4. Follow wire diagram 5. Read a bill of materials 6. Wire harness termination using crimping or solder process 7. Build off an assembly print/drawing 8. Basic knowledge of hydraulics and vacuum systems. 9. Knowledge on how to use a torque wrench 10. Build subassemblies from prints 11. Be able to lift 50 pounds. Summary: Has basic knowledge and ability in: blueprint reading, component identification, use of all pertinent hand tools and rework techniques, tool and equipment usage within work area, equipment operation, dimensioning and setting tolerances of electrical / mechanical parts and assemblies.
