Ultrasound Women's Healthcare Marketing Your Responsibilities: * Defines strategy for providing strong customer education offerings as a sales differentiator / customer loyalty tool for the Women's Healthcare segment* Manages the development and implementation process of customer education and employee training. Participates with Product Marketing to determine appropriate training needs for internal staff and external customers.* Plans and directs schedules and responsible for monitoring budget/spending. Monitors training projects from initiation through delivery. Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the projects on schedule and within budget constraints. * Develops and coordinates 'Train-the-Trainer' educational processes for internal customers on assigned products* Identifies and negotiates with 3rd party providers as necessary to develop and implement education programs. * Requires understanding of current product use and application.* Coordinates the staffing and scheduling of in-house and field training. Your Profile: * Strong background in adult education, preferred teaching experience in a hospital or college level setting and/or certification by an accepted adult education specific program* Medical experience preferred but not required* Highly effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work with a diverse staff and influence other internal stakeholders. Ability to converse with external customers at all levels on educational, technical and satisfaction issues. * Able to work independently and in a matrix environment to set priorities, make decisions and resolve conflicts, keeping in perspective all Product Segments.
