Christensen Associates is an economic research and consulting firm located in Madison, Wisconsin.  We have been providing consulting services to our clients for over thirty years.  We employ a team of nearly fifty-five economists, programmers, engineers, and other support staff. 

 

Work as part of a team to perform applied microeconomic analysis.  This entry-level position requires strong programming skills and the ability to apply powerful programming to analysis of large data sets using knowledge of business methods and regulations.  Job responsibilities include developing institutional knowledge of a regulated industry, creating models, and developing programs to analyze and process large data sets as part of project teams. 

 

BA/BS in economics, computer science, operations research, or other related major.  Experience in MATLAB, FORTRAN, and Excel is desirable.  A strong ability to learn, work as part of a team, and attention to detail is required.
