This position is a 6 to 12 month contract position with possibilities of direct hire. All candidates must be completely flexible to work any shift between the hours of 6:00am and 12 midnight, Monday through Sunday. In this position you will be responsible for answering various customer questions through email regarding the iTunes program--from technical issues to general questions about the program and its use.
