Maintains a current internal documentation library to ensure that records are up to date and organized. Provides or coordinates special documentation services as required to ensure that non routine documentation service is provided. May functions as editor or as a writer in order to provide high quality documentation support. Works with management to create policies/procedures surrounding Records Management. Determines appropriate approaches for records retention. Works with subject matter experts to find best practices and streamline processes. Creates new procedures and workflow documents; updates documents as required, and follows up on outstanding tasks. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in related field preferred Zero or more years of experience in record retention Experience working with file and system maintenance procedures Experience working with computer desktop packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. Other Qualifications US citizenship required - account requirementInterpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work Good communication skills for providing documentation to support personnel, customers, and managers Ability to work independently and as part of a team Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:None Create Success
