Duties and responsibilities
· Resolve customer problems and escalate as required
· Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to calls, email, and/or voicemail in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
· Participate on project teams that impact the Dispatch Center
· Work with Technical Services to ensure total cooperation
· Determine when support incidences require escalation to the Technical Services Support Team

· Solid verbal and writing abilities
· Able to interface with customers, vendors, and TIG internal departments
Years of experience
· Minimum 2 years experience in customer services required
