Director of Application Managed ServicesSAP America, Inc. seeks a Director of Application Managed Services at our Newtown Square, PA location. Lead an expert team to design, cost and market SAP's application management services to specific customer solutions and requirements. Bachelor's degree in Business or related and 10 years of experience required. Experience must involve a strong understanding of the Application Management Services (AMS) industry, service offering and delivery models within the global SAP Managed Services organization. Broad understanding of the SAP Business Suite of applications (functional knowledge) and a general understanding of SAP Basis technology to enable the ability to appropriately build a service catalog reflecting the ability to deliver on both disciplines. Strong understanding of how to build go-to-market AMS offerings, strong understanding of how to deliver the above. Strong understanding of the market forces driving demand for such offerings. *Employer will accept one additional year of experience for each year not completed toward the required degree.*
