Raytel Cardiac Services employs highly-trained cardiac technicians working at monitoring centers where they analyze patient data and provide real-time patient information to prescribing physicians. Raytel has relationships with over 15,000 referring physicians and cardiologists and services over 200,000 patients annually. Raytel is focused on introducing new services that increase the probability of early detection, diagnosis and prevention of cardiac conditions. Your Responsibilities: Job Summary: The Director of Testing Operations manages all aspects of Patient Care, Pacing, ICD and Training Teams for Raytel Cardiac Services; this including all testing, quality control, training and support personnel to ensure the cost effective, high quality and clinically superior delivery of testing services to physicians and their patients. Is responsible for ensuring all testing is performed in accordance with regulations and accepted industry guidelines.Essential Functions:* Assists in the defining and implementation of test sites plans and strategies required to meet the needs of existing as well as future patients* Ensures that all Patient Care, Pacing, ICD and Training Teams operations' employees are proficient and trained in the skills required to meet customer and service demands* Ensures that all established quality assurance standards are adhered to* Creates a work environment that meet both customer and employee needs* Ensures that cost effective methods of operations are in place and followed* Coordinates all test site support groups to ensure all account, patient needs and requirements are met* Assists in policy setting, as well as the planning and management strategies of the business units.* Assists in the establishment, implementation and tracking of annual budgets for test site and support cost centers* Enforces company policy and procedures as well as coordinates the hiring, discharging, disciplining and evaluation of test site and support personnel* Coordinates daily testing requirements and schedules to maintain acceptable levels of service* Strategically implements procedural revisions to better serve customer needs and changing market conditions Your Profile: * Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration required, Master's Degree preferred. * 7-10 years management experience supervising multiple work sites and departments as well creating and tracking annual budgets * Prior cardiac technical / clinical experience with multiple varieties of transtelephonic monitoring preferred * Previous experience with a related healthcare provider (cardiac services preferred) Contacts: Philips Notes Job ID: 54091 Apply here View all "Philips" jobs Learn more about Philips Send this Job to a Friend
