Description of Deliverables: Structured approach to project leadership to successfully implement clinical team applications in support of the LSC Next Generation and Scheduling project. This includes implementation and project planning, resource planning, organizational communication and negotiation, maintaining project details, identification and mitigation of issues, project status, and communicating with stakeholders.
