Installation of operation of standard RedPrairie office applications and operating systems. Setup, configuration and maintenance of mobile communication devices such as cell phones, Blackberrys, and other mobile devices. Recommending or requesting the procurement of peripherals or replacement parts/equipment and outside vendor services as needed for workstations and other end-user equipment such as printers, scanners, etc.Requirements: Enrolled in a qualified post-secondary educational degree program. Minimum six months (1 semester) computer experience or college coursework Strong written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Ability to work alone as well as in a team/cooperative development efforts.
