Desktop Consultant

Our client is currently in the process of engaging a Desktop Consultant for day-to-day support on workstations, Macintosh, deploying workstations, software troubleshooting and legacy support. 

 

Contract to hire: 6 months 

Location: Seattle

 

Experience:

• Strong background with using & troubleshooting MAC hardware

• MAC software support; Adobe CS3, Photoshop, Font Agent Pro, Upgrade OS, etc

• Background with Apple XServer and Raid

• Microsoft Enterprise Technologies; i.e. Windows XP, Vista, MS Office 2003, etc.

 

Knowledge of:

• Active Directory

• Macintosh Operating Systems and other applications

• Imaging, Move/ADD/Changes

• HP printers, Blackberry phones

 

Highly Desired:

• Strong communication skills and ability to perform presentations

• Technology Certifications; i.e. MS, VMware, etc

• Audio/Visual equipment including mics, projectors, touch display
