Deployment Helpdesk Analyst

The Deployment Operations Center is a Tier 1, 2 and even Tier 3 help desk that manages many different projects and their resources within a retail environment. Looking for someone who is educated with 3+ years of helpdesk experience. They should have great problem solving skills and customer service. A lot of what they do is the coordination of problems between (for example) an engineer and the end user, so obviously understanding things technically is important, but also being able to see things from a bigger perspective is crucial. The help desk analysts will receive calls from a variety of people (skilled techs, engineers, project managers, store managers, cashiers, etc) and the important thing is to just be able to understand what the person needs and then use tools and knowledge base to figure out how to answer their questions and and document this in the helpdesk system for tracking. Primary need is Sun-Thurs 10pm-6am and weekends. Also has some openings on first and second shift.-Helpdesk Deployment -Great oral and written communication skills.
