Seeking Senior Systems Analyst with experience in Advanced Planning systems, focusing on Demand Planning and Customer Forecast Processes. . Will act as IT systems analyst with responsibility for planning, conducting and directing analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.. Will also be responsible for demand planning and customer forecast application implementation/post-implementation support in production environment. . Will interact as IT contact with business unit customers to facilitate identification of process improvements, system design, testing and implementation of complex solutions.Must be competent in activities within application development life cycle including requirement analysis, detailed design and implementation management. Must have both functional knowledge and technical competence. Must be able to evaluate, recommend and implement automation solutions to support activities of business unit. Must be able to interface with the user community, IT development teams and Oracle & RapidResponse support teams. Requires solid communication skills to convey both technical and non-technical concepts to a wide audience. Must be able to work in and with other teams and as an individual contributor.Advance Planning Systems (APS) application experience (RapidResponse, i2, Manujistics, APO). RapidResponse (Webplan) experience a plus. Oracle E-Business Application experience. Supply Chain experience (supporting and defining processes). Experience with demand planning and/or customer forecast applications a plus. Experience with both in-house development solutions and implementation of vendor delivered applications preferred.
