Demand Planner - Master Data Analyst

Programs and operations designed to quickly, efficiently, and courteously address any issues that may arrise after purchase of our products Your Responsibilities: Keep up to date with plans (both weekly and monthly) for new product introduction and determine the implications for exchange stock requirements.Develop demand projections (top-down service plan) based on service policy, entitlement principal, pricing and replacement cost formulas, introduction or discontinuance of products - Statistical forecasts based on demand history.Reconcile and track sales forecast with the actual exchange/replacement performance and propose corrective actions.Serve as allocation planner in day-to-day activities (a.o. approvals) and ensure that expectations for internal customer interaction and resolution of needs are met/exceeded.Manage exchange/replacement compliance policies and relationships with Call Centre provider, RMA/order desk.Handle return authorizations for exchange/replacement shipments related to - Traffic (lost shipments) - Missed shipments - Over/Short shipment.Collect, maintain, communicate Product Service Scenario Master Data to all vested parties, (Contact Centre, Receiving warehouse, Refurbishment operations, and other interested parties) Your Profile: Other requirements: >4 Year degree APICS (association of Production Inventory Control) certified is recommended >5 years experience in supply chain techniques such as planning and forecasting Advanced SAP Experience - Quotes Order Management - SAP Order Management Advanced PC Skills in: Excel - Power Point - Word Basic knowledge of service life cycle planning.Personal: Strong communicator (verbal and in writing).
