As a Database Developer, you will: Independently able to perform analytical and programming tasks. Gathers, analyzes and synthesizes information. Analyzes requirements in terms of capacity planning and determines system functions. Designs or modifies system to accomplish desired functions in an optimum manner and in conformance with SLCM project standards. Oversees or performs all programming functions to accomplish specific software requirements. Verifies the accuracy and validity of all software developed, including the preparation of sample test data and the execution of program, job stream and system testing. Prepares all required documentation indicating system functionality.Required SkillsGeneral Experience Five (5) years of progressive systems analysis, design and programming experience. Must work independently and possess good organizational skills.Specialized Experience: Three (3) years serving as a technical resource or developer for large (averaging five or more person-years of effort per year) development projects encompassing all phases of the systems development life cycle and that are similar in size and scope to the project described in Section 2.0. Specific Experience: Three (3) years of experience in performing complex analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of web-based computer systems in a client/server environment including responsibility for development of large software projects. Must have demonstrated experience in development of IT solutions utilizing products/languages such as C++, VBA, MS Excel Add-in Programming, MS Access programming.Required ExperienceMust have demonstrated experience in development of IT solutions utilizing products/languages such as C++, VBA, MS Excel Add-in Programming, MS Access programming.
