Currently, we are looking for candidates nationwide with the following skills to be a part of the growing Acxius Team. All these positions would require travel (Monday through Friday) or relocation to project location based on the duration of the engagement.

 Data Warehouse Architect

-  Candidates need to have over 15 years of hands-on experience in scalable architecture, design and development of multi-terabyte data warehouse solutions using different architecture, design and modeling techniques.

-  Strong skills in interacting with all level of Business and IT community to understand the business needs and provide Best Practice solutions.

-  Experience in technical assessment of current environment, creation of reference architecture blue prints and working as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with Project Managers and other Architects to create project plans and deliverables.

-  Strong Data Modeling skills, both Logical and Physical, is a MUST

-  Experience in hands-on architecture, design and development of scalable Data Movement / ETL solutions is a MUST

-  Experience in hands-on architecture, design and development of scalable BI / Reporting solutions is a MUST

-  Deep Database and Infrastructure skills with experience in multiple databases like Oracle, Teradata, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase, Netezza, etc is a MUST

-  Strong experience in multiple data movement / ETL tools like Informatica, Datastage, BO Data Integrator, SSIS, Ab Initio including programming languages like PL/SQL, T-SQL, Perl, Shell Scripts etc is a MUST

-  Strong experience in multiple BI / Reporting tools like Business Objects, Cognos, Microstrategy, MS OLAP, SSAS, SSRS, Crystal Reports, Hyperion, BRIO, etc is a MUST

-  Excellent communication skills, leadership skills, strong team player and a great mentor is a MUST

-  Experience in writing white papers and Best Practices is desired.

 ETL Architect

-  Candidates need to have over 12 years of hands-on experience in architecture, design and development of scalable ETL / Data Movement solutions for multi-terabyte data warehouse, using different architecture, design and modeling techniques.

-  Strong skills in interacting with all level of Business and IT community to understand the business needs and provide Best Practice solutions.

-  Experience in technical assessment of current ETL architecture, creation of ETL architecture blue prints and working as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with Project Managers and other Architects to create project plans and deliverables.

-  Strong experience in multiple data movement / ETL tools like Informatica, Datastage, BO Data Integrator, SSIS, Ab Initio including programming languages like PL/SQL, T-SQL, Perl, Shell Scripts etc is a MUST

 Data Warehouse Tester


-  Candidates need to have over 4 years of hands-on experience in testing of Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence solutions using different techniques.

-  Strong experience in testing of ETL and Data Movement is a MUST

- Strong experience in creation of automated test scripts for data validation and load validation using SQL and Stored Procedures is needed

- Experience in Data Warehouse design concepts is needed

- Experience in High Volume Data Query using SQL is a desired
