Because of our rapid growth and success, we are currently seeking an aggressive and motivated individual to fill the position of "Data Processing & Operations Specialist". Responsibilities for this position will include:

 

Acquisition, Processing and Verification of Client data

Hardware / Software Setup, Configuration, Troubleshooting and Support

Printer Maintenance and Output Management

Report Generation and Verification

Daily Backup Processing

User Management

Data Communications

 

The most qualified applicants would possess a minimum of a High School diploma; College experience of 2 years or two year’s related experience and/or training. Ideal candidates will also have knowledge and support of Personal Computers and software support for Microsoft Windows / Office Suite / Outlook / and Servers. Novell Netware experiences a plus. Additional skills will include database management and support, LAN hardware and software configuration and support, high level of organization and time management skills with the ability to adapt quickly to change in priorities and processes. Ability to work in a small office environment where not only individual performance is rewarded, but working within a team environment is imperative.
