In executing these projects, our people embrace integrity, excellence, teamwork and accountability - the values that connect us across the globe.The Information Technology Consulting (ITC) group is seeking an individual to support ITC's production data development environment as a data developer on projects with local government, state, federal, and industrial clients.Requirements: Required Skills:
• BS/BA or higher in Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8-9 years experience in GIS data development and production procedures for desktop and server based projects
• Solid understanding of ESRI Desktop tools
• Experience creating ESRI Geodatabases from CAD and Raster based source
• Three years experience in developing and/or utilizing QA/QC procedures on ESRI GIS databases
• Experience in technical writing and/or documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Some occasional travel will be required
Desired Skills:
• Working knowledge of enterprise database environments to include Oracle 9.x or higher and SQL Server 2003 or higher
• Experience using two or more of the following scripting languages:
- JavaScript
- VB
- Python
- HTML
• Experience in developing and implementing ESRI Geodatabases
• Knowledge of ESRI products to include PLTS, ArcSDE, and/or ArcGIS Server 9.x
• Experience utilizing CAD tools such as Microstation or AutoCAD
