Data Coordinator

Data Coordinator opening within our Information Technology division of a privately held company headquartered in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago.

 

In joining our team, you will be critical to our success providing day-to-day internal support, maintaining our item (UPC) Database, processing and distributing daily/weekly/month-end reporting, and start to finish processing of various customer/vendor auto loads.  The candidate will also work closely with the Information Technology Applications Department to help identify ways of improving processes, various data analysis projects, assist in other special projects and perform other administration tasks as assigned.

 

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, etc).  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, work well independently and in a team environment.  Able to take initiative in development and completion of work projects, gain knowledge and understanding of business processes, and aptitude for learning new concepts
