Data Control Supervisor

The Data Control Supervisor is responsible for all production and the execution of closing sequences for all applications on multi-platforms. Analyze and evaluate Production Data control procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy of all computer generated reports. Maintains/Administers the Spyview document management application. Maintains/Administers Help Systems product for Production Data Control scheduling. Responsible for the efficient and continuous functioning of the Production Data Control team to provide superior and cost effective services to our internal and external customers. Provides Level II support for job schedulers and application developers as required with abnormal job terminations, error conditions and documentation associated with work flow. Responsible for the direct supervision of the Production Data Control Staff.

Requirements:

Experience with AS400 systems preferred.

Expertise and accuracy working with accounting systems, spreadsheets, application balancing methods and controls. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong dynamic interpersonal skills.

Highly motivated, organized individual with proven analytical ability and excellent follow through.

Personal computer proficiency required in Excel and Word.

Bachelor*s degree or equivalent work experience in the Accounting and IT related fields.

Six (6) years IT experience preferred.
