DVAO Support Engineer (D)

Description Organization: Application Outsourcing Location:  Burbank, CA   People within the Client Operations-AO workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location. Our AO resources can expect to: â€¢ Incorporate skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients.• Receive ongoing training to build and extend professional, technical and management skills in all areas• Enjoy our comprehensive and generous benefits package The system is an integrated system which allows a client to manage the manufacturing of its content in a completely digital environment. Accenture has been responsible for building the application architecture and the applications which leverage and will be asked to maintain it.  This resource will be responsible for ongoing application design and development of components of the solution, as well as software break/fix activities. The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer with digital media workflow expertise. Troubleshoots issues to root cause, designs and implements enhancement requests. Familiar with digital media tools, formats, and workflows. Supports production deployment and use of digital media workflow solutions including third party tool integration and supporting software development. Qualifications Basic Qualifications:  â€¢ 2+ years experience designing and implementing complex software systems• 2+ years experience developing web-services-based solutions utilizing either the Microsoft .NET framework or J2EE platform and prefer experience working with both.• 2+ years experience supporting production operations of software-based systems Additional Preferred Skill Requirements: â€¢ Experience with common industry applications (e.g. Avid, FCP, ProTools, Telestream FlipFactory, Anystream, Rhozet, Digital Rapids, Snell & Wilcox, AVIsynth, etc.)• Strong problem troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills To submit resumes online Click Here Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
