Requirements: The ideal candidate will have previous Call Center experience and some familiarity with the iPod and/or iTunes. Strong customer service skills are a must. Previous experience in a Technical Support troubleshooting cell phones, web sites or computer hardware/software strongly desired. Candidates must have flexible schedules with the ability and willingness to work between the hours of 6:00am-9:00pm Monday through Sunday.
