Customer Support Specialist/Technical Support

GolfLogix is a fast growing Scottsdale technology company. We pioneered the use of handheld GPS solutions inthe golf industry with the introduction of the original GolfLogix in1999. We now have the first-ever handheld golf GPS system that is compatible with both Mac, Vista, and Windows operating systems.

 



We are looking for energetic Customer Support Specialists to work in a laid back office environment and provide support to our golfer community. Specialists will work with golfers to diagnose and solve technical problems and provide product information.

 

Applicants must have fairly strong computer skills and a willingness to learn. Some previous Customer Support experience is must and a basic knowledge of golf is not mandatory but would be a plus.

 

Responsibilities: Work independently to solve Level 1 and Level 2 support issues. Issue resolution will be provided through inbound/outbound phone calls or email. Train other support agents on effectively resolving support issues. Contribute to the support knowledge base as familiarity with the product is gained. Provide support to the GolfLogix team by helping with other various in-office tasks
