Customer Support Representative - Troubleshooter

Looking for customer support representative/troubleshooter for web-based e-learning company specializing in behavioral health.  20+ hrs/week with opportunity to transition to full time if interested.  Work at home, but must be available for set shifts (most likely 8am-noon eastern time).Qualifications include: Min. two years experience in customer support for software application users, including troubleshooting technical issues Training-level experience working with internet browsers, email clients and major MS Office applications. Knowledge of HTML for basic web page editing.  Experience with SQL Server 2005 a plus. Attention to detail Ability to manage time efficiently while multitasking and working independently Solid writing skills and phone manner for dealing with customer base. Must have environment for home office setup including high speed internet line. Responsibilities include: Responding promptly and thoroughly to support inquiries received via telephone, email, and through our web-based support interface Resolving customer support issues and escalating cases when necessary Assisting with technical administrative tasks involved in maintaining application content Quality Assurance internal support to check certain content before it is released to our customer base For applicants with background in HTML, basic revisions to preexisting web pages Other duties as assigned. Compensation: 18.00/hr range starting salary.
