Customer Support Representative

Description The Customer Support Representatives will provide extensive inbound and outbound phone support to the client's internal and external customers regarding order inquiries. The Representatives will record incident related information using a variety of tools/techniques/procedures and select appropriate actions to resolve problems and communicate solution to internal and external customers/stakeholders. Representatives will be trained for two to six weeks at full pay on the client's Internet commerce tools related to customer on-line order placement/tracking and provide technical support to customers for ordering and configuration issues. The successful candidates must have flexibility to work various schedules between the hours of Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm CST, including holidays. Experience working in a fast paced contact center environment is desired. Pay * $15.63 per hour with/out Benefits but Healthcare is available. A salary of $26,917 with full benefits is offered in lieu of the hourly rate.
