Customer Service Representative with Printing Experience Needed ASAP!!!!

This client enjoys a picturesque environment with opportunities for professional growth!!!  The nature of this position is a 1½ long contract:  Requirements:  Must have 3 years (of recent within the last six months) in a in a Customer Service/ Printing role A Bachelors Degree is required MAC experience is a plus. Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.  Responsibilities of this role:   The ideal candidate will be the first contact with customers on phone, in person, e-mail or website. Answer and direct calls. Accept and process copy requests via e-mail or phone. Answer inquiries via e-mail. Review all work in progress ensure that deadlines and supplies are available to meet customer requirements. Review all incoming jobs and assess whether or not there are any scheduling issues. Double check and give accurate pricing quote to customer. Be aware of equipment conditions in when scheduling and negotiating due times with customer. Coordinate with Production, Shift Leads on their workload and expectations. Coordinate.
