The Customer Care Assistant provides CA customers with the best possible service and expertise to protect and enhance investments in CA technology. The Global Service Center is committed to providing a degree of customer satisfaction that is unparalleled in the industry. Qualified candidates must exhibit a high degree of professionalism, customer service, and enthusiasm. Your professional phone etiquette and strong multitasking ability will help qualify you for the responsibility of answering and directing customer inquiries via phone, email and call issue tracking system to appropriate technical support personnel. Additional requirements include: * Must have 3+ years customer service and telephone support experience within the IT/Software Industry * General PC knowledge and familiarity with MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel * Must be detail oriented, quality focused, and have excellent oral and written communication skills * May be required to carry a pager in the event of any escalations * Bi-lingual a plus, not required (seeking Spanish, Portuguese, French speaking) * College Degree preferred There's never been a better time to join CA.
