Contracts Manager, Please call 408-392-0506Description: One of Fortune 100's Best Companies to Work For currently has an opening for a Professional Services Contracts Manager.As part of the Global Services team, you will work closely with Legal, Finance, Revenue Recognition, and Sales to review and negotiate Professional Services contracts. This role requires someone with a solid background in the transactional flow of professional services contracting processes, primarily Statements of Work documents, Professional Services Agreements and Master Purchasing Agreements. Responsibilities: The primary responsibility will be reviewing, editing, redrafting, negotiating, coordinating, and administering professional service delivery agreements. This will include working with legal to negotiate professional services terms and conditions in master agreements with enterprise customers. This position will provide support to a specific Americas Professional Services sales region. In addition, this role will be responsible for responding to field requests for assistance with professional service-related issues. This assistance includes facilitating review and proper approval for legal, finance, and professional services, terms which affect the deal. The position also maintains processes and procedures to manage and track the co-ordination, execution and filing of SOW documents and Professional Services Agreements. In addition, the position is responsible for reviewing and summarizing the unique Professional Services terms and conditions within master agreements which have been negotiated. Other responsibilities include providing training to the assigned region on the Professional Services Operations policies, processes and procedures relating to the selection of appropriate contract templates and use of the Statements of Work documents. Requirements: • Possess highly-developed organization skills and be articulate, hard-working and detail-oriented, with excellent proof reading skills. • Solid experience in contract negotiation, specifically in Professional Service• Solid experience in PS delivery agreements, revenue recognition, and Sarbanes Oxley impacts for Professional Services related to software companies. • Excellent negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
