Contract Recruiter - Sales
Our client, a leading web information provider, is seeking a contract recruiter to help them staff thier sales department.
Optimally they would like the person to have come from either a web based or e-commerce company. Those who have recruited individuals who sell web services would be perfect. If that is not possible the candidate will at the minimum have strong sales and account rep recruiting experience. The ability to discuss and negotiate comp and commission plans would be helpful as well.
This is a long term contract in a young, but very successfull company, that can easily convert to full time in the near future.
Please respond with resumes to james@phisearch.com
