Location:  Fort Bragg, NC

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Supports large-scale database management systems.  Performs systems analysis of computer, communications, and network systems. Supports the installation of computer operating systems, network, application software, and computer/network hardware.  Provides hot-line support to customers and possesses troubleshooting skills and knowledge of the Windows environment and OS.  Analyzes and supports technical documentation detailing installation procedures. Supports the overall integration of all system peripherals so that they can operate correctly within a predefined environment. Other responsibilities as defined by the CIO to accomplish mission. Works independently.

 

Job SpecificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent and five (5) years of general experience as it relates to principal duties and responsibilities.  Six (6) years of general experience as it relates to principal responsibilities and duties is equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.  With a Master's degree, 3 years of general experience as it relates to principal duties and responsibilities is required.  Knowledge of Composite Health Care System (CHCS) is highly desirable.Selected applicant will be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Must be a US citizen.
