Job Description
Ormsby's Computer Systems is seeking a Service Technician to service Macintosh and Windows computer systems, as well as servicing HP and Xerox printers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Successfully repair computer systems, notebooks and printers, ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
Strong communications skills both verbal and written, good handwriting with attention to completing paperwork, strong organization skills, ability to work with other employees.
Job Requirements
Excellent customer service skills, would prefer at least 1 year of customer service experience within the service and repair industry.
Experience - Macintosh and Windows operating systems as well as Apple Hardware. Familiar with Laser Printers, InkJet and Multifunction Printers.
Personal traits: Reliable and dependable, highly self confident and motivated, loyalty to employer and to customers.
Education Requirements
High-School Diploma
Macintosh desktop and Notebook experience preferred.
Windows OS and Network experience preferred.
CompTIA A+ certification desirable.
