Supports/performs periodic risk assessments of assigned risk infrastructures and programs. Informs management when areas require attention. Reports more complex compliance trends to management. Performs compliance testing/monitoring reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; assists in resolving problems as appropriate and follows through to ensure corrective action is taken. Monitors changes to laws and regulations, compliance-related development, and disseminates pertinent information to the affected parties to ensure compliance. Coordinates and performs compliance awareness programs to increase employee understanding and supports business functions. Assists business units in assessing the impact of new or amended regulatory requirements and participates in implementation. Maintains compliance related information systems to ensure compliance information and documentation are accurate and current. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred Two or more years of compliance experience Experience working with compliance programs, policies and procedures Experience working with compliance-related guidelines, laws and regulations Experience working with compliance-related information systems Other Qualifications Personal computer and business solutions software skills Communication skills Interpersonal skills for communicating with business unit personnel Analytical and problem solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Applicant selected will be subject to a government background invesitgation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:TS/SCI w/ CI Polygraph Create Success
