Speakeasy’s broadband services are available in most metropolitan areas within the 48 contiguous United States. Position Summary:  As the Commissions Analyst, you will be responsible for reporting on payout amounts and analyzing and explaining variances, validating for reasonableness for the Company’s commission plans. You will work closely with Finance, Sales and Human Resources to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the commission data. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Calculating monthly and quarterly commissions for sales team comprising more than 50 employees. Obtaining management approval for commission payouts and communicating approved commission payments to payroll. Communicating directly with payees to resolve questions and disputes. Maintain and own commissions tool Xactly and commission queries. Documentation and maintenance of calculation and payment procedures. Developing full understanding of systems, processes, products, reporting tools, and exceptions to ensure that commissions are paid fairly and completely but not overpaying Assist Human Resources in annual merit increase calculations Special projects as assigned This position requires the following skills and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sciences or related technical field is preferred  2-3 years of work experience in a similar role, with a prior responsibility surrounding commissions reporting and analysis Outstanding analytical skills Ability to uphold the highest level of confidentiality Strong detail orientation Expert level Excel skills Ability to work effectively across all functions of the company Excellent communicator Speakeasy offers a full suite of benefits, including full medical, dental, and vision coverage (100% paid for employees); a 401(K) plan with a company matching contribution; a transportation benefit; and many other excellent perks.
