For more information, visit www.infosys.com  RoleCollection Analyst.Role DescriptionThe jobholder is responsible for scanning of hardcopies, sending some volume of scanning to a vendor (possibility), sending scanned copies to vendor, tracking all hardcopies received from courts, tracking the scanned copies sent to vendor, responsible for deliverables on a daily basis; monitoring the activities performed as defined in the SLA and maintaining the quality standards in the processes. He/she maintains and updates all process documents needed for quality audits. He / She is responsible for updating the information in the online tracking system and solving any hard copy and scanning related issues / queries . He /she provide status reports to the manager on team and individual work accomplishments, problems/ conflicts, progress in work processes and individual and team needs. The role holder must coordinate with the other support functions both within the client (collection analysts) and the organization (HR/quality/TIG) to ensure smooth functioning of the process..Job Responsibilities1. To ensure that all scanning and sending of relevant soft copies to vendor and India team is done on time, delivery is met with stringent quality to meet customer expectation as defined in the SLA and co-ordination with client. 2 .To provide status reports to the manager on performance, problems/ conflicts, progress in work processes. 3. To maintain client relationships and provide constant process improvement ideas.Technical skills required The job holder must possess good computer skills and be proficient in operating high speed scanners.
