1. Analyze the current setup of the Cognos product and make recommendations on improvement projects 2. Analyze the remaining tasks for the Cognos implementation and make recommendation on changes 3. Prepare implementation scope and roadmap recommendation report for future Cognos phases. 4. Recommend staffing for an ongoing system support and future projects Strong PM who is structured, PMI / PMP trained and can communicate well with business teams and executives.1. Keep project on track, visible to all involved and highly organized. 2. Heavy PM admin focus vs. technology at hand, although would consider Cognos specific project experience a key strength. 3. PM who understands Reporting projects and has the background, but again, focused on the leadership, admin and communication aspects of the project as the main focus.
