Imaging Systems Clinical Education is responsible for training our customers in the clinical use of diagnostic imaging systems (ie: CT, MR, Hybrid, Nuclear Medicine, Oncology and XR products) Your Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for developing and facilitating Off-site classes in accordance with approved adult education models. Lead venue site development, software training and facilitator support. Validate and verify effective customer training through activities such as creation of customer evaluations, onsite follow-up of Off-site pilot training programs, phone surveys, and monitoring customer evaluation databases. 2. Organize and coordinate modality specific educational symposia. Provide support for tradeshows.3. Participate in Product Segment Team meetings, monitoring New Product Introduction and First of Kind processes. Enforce policies to provide customer, volunteer and personnel safety, both for radiation (if applicable) and site safety as provided by EHS guidelines.4. Lead Train-the-Trainer" educational processes including new hires, existing employees, and consultants to enhance the effectiveness of onsite training. 5. Conduct initial handover and follow-up applications training in the field as directed. Your Profile: - Registered and in good standing with appropriate credentialing body (ARRT or AAMD) for medical dosimetry - CMD is required- Baccalaureate Degree preferred- A minimum of five years clinical experience, expert clinical knowledge, and advanced clinical skills in specified modality. - Teaching experience in a hospital or college level setting and/or certification by an accepted adult education specific program is preferred- Strong organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment.
