This position will be working closely with customer's IT management. Key Responsibilities:* Develop trusted and influential relationships with the technical decision-making and decision-influencing customer contacts (including the CIO or CTO) and provide technical perspective and guidance for the customer's business executive level contacts. This is achieved through a combination of broad real-world IT industry experience, domain expertise, and industry recognized certifications. * Must be perceived by the customer as being both customer centric and solutions oriented, bring tangible value in terms of industry/technical experience, knowledge, and expertise. * Pursue revenue opportunities while balancing the risk to CA. * Deliver positive, quantifiable results for CA and its customers which will be measured across five primary areas: Customer Focus, Financial Targets, CA's Internal Business Processes, Professional Development, Leadership, Teamwork and Planning The successful candidate will be a seasoned, experienced IT professional with a full understanding of two or more areas of specialization. This position resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways, demonstrating complete understanding and wide application of principles, theories, and concepts in the field. The candidate should have general knowledge of other related disciplines, and a strong competence with the various tools, procedures, and programming languages used to accomplish the job. The candidate should be able to reference multiple instances in which they were responsible for the architecture (or architecture modification) of an enterprise class solution involving multiple products in a heterogonous IT environment. Usually works with minimal supervision, conferring with a supervisor on unusual matters. May be assisted by (and at times direct) less senior level employees. Requires daily decision-making capabilities and actions that may not be reviewed by superiors. Assignments are broad in nature and will require ingenuity and originality to solve. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. May assist more junior staff members with aspects of their job. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
