Client Services Representative/Account Management
PC Helps Support (www.pchelps.com) is a dynamic, entrepreneurial company in the Information Services industry. The Firm partners with Fortune 500 companies by supporting selective areas of their Information Services department. Specifically, PC Helps concentrates on the outsourcing of off-the-shelf software support and training. PC Helps is seeking to expand its client services department by hiring one individual to actively perform the following tasks: upsell existing clients on additional service enhancements conduct conference calls develop proposals and sales aids expand the firm’s image with consultants, industry trade groups, and reporters
Ideal candidates for the position will have prior business-to-business customer service experience and a proven ability to sell. Necessary skills include: strong writing ability, professional telephone demeanor, strict attention to detail, and a fundamental understanding of computers. Must be willing to travel nationally as needed (less than 20%). This opportunity is for aggressive individuals seeking to enter the rapidly expanding field of computer outsourcing and to join a stable, consistently profitable organization. Starting compensation of $50k+ comprised of base salary plus bonus. In addition, PC Helps offers a benefits package that includes medical, prescription, and dental coverage, as well as a 401(k) savings plan.
NOTE -- No relocation packages will be offered.
