Client/Server Network Architect- Web Services/SharePoint  JOB SUMMARY:Information Technology Department is seeking a Client /Server Network Architect-Web Services/SharePoint. This position is a general technologist systems engineer position with a primary focus on web technologies. The candidate who fills this position will provide operational support for our Web-based application infrastructure. This Philadelphia-based position reports to the Director of Enterprise Business Applications within Corporate IT. If your objective is to work for an organization that utilizes state-of-the-art technology in a collaborative work environment where team members support and assist one another then we deserve your consideration.  POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position will work closely with our SharePoint portal and Microsoft infrastructure staff and will be responsible for the core infrastructure and operational support that surrounds our Web based application development efforts. You will be responsible for our SharePoint 2007 intranet and server farm. The candidate who fills this position will be our best practices go-to-person related to our .Net and SharePoint infrastructure. The successful candidate will have good communication skills, be a team player, be an individual who is self-motivated and exercises good judgment.  REQUIREMENTS:The successful candidate will have:  'Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of equivalent working experience 'Minimum 5 years with .NET and Microsoft-based Web infrastructure technologies 'Minimum 3 years Microsoft SharePoint experience 'Working knowledge of SharePoint 2007 installation, configuration and maintenance 'Experience defining and customizing the Business Data Catalog 'Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint 2007 Search 'Working knowledge of Microsoft's IIS server and the .Net application stack 'Familiarity with SQL Server 2005 'Familiarity with deployment of SharePoint Web parts 'Familiarity with (C#) .NET Development within the SharePoint framework a plus but not required 'Familiarity with Compaq and HP server hardware is a plus but not required. 'Strong analytical skills. 'Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented IT environment.
