Claims Production Support Specialist (Grade 10) 2 Positions

The Data Entry / Production Support Specialist will be responsible for the data entry of UB-92 and HCFA-1500 claims according to the company's policies and procedures. Responsibilities also include the receipt and proper distribution of paper claims via US and inter-office mail. Performs administrative duties as needed. Promotes the values of Network Health and Cambridge Health Alliance. Requirements

Data enter UB-92 and HCFA-1500 claims.Performs front end edits and member/provider validation.Maintain daily production standards as established by the department.Work with other departments within the claims area, re-entering special claims.Receive, open, distribute, date and number paper claims.Establish and maintain solid working relationships with Network Health and Cambridge Health Alliance mail staff.Promptly identify and resolve any exception issues and/or report to managerAssist in department special projects as needed.Prepare entered paper claims and back in boxes for SourceCorp. Keep audit of claims.Responsible for processing the Help Desk Claims Pull function.File, batch and log claims.Perform administrative duties as needed. Additional duties

Interacts positively with all Network Health DepartmentsAttends Claims Department staff meetings.Attends other meeting as neededPerforms related duties as assignedDemonstrates professional behavior. Qualifications

High school diploma Minimum of 1 year related experience. Ability to prioritize, multi task and problem solve a must. Excellent verbal communication skills required. How to apply
