Speakeasy’s broadband services are available in most metropolitan areas within the 48 contiguous United States.  Position Summary:  The Channel Manager will be responsible for working with channel partners to drive sales of Speakeasy products from partner sales organizations.  In this position, you will tap into your creative solution marketing and business partnering relationships. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:  Communicating Speakeasy’s products and positioning to partner markets and customers Overseeing training of partners, including their sales forces, on Speakeasy services and key features Working cross functionally to develop advertising and other lead- and sales-generation programs for channel partner market Coordinating all administrative aspects of partner contracts and program support Coordinating creative and marketing requirements for partner programs Strategic interaction with rest of Branch Sales team to maximize success for partners and for Speakeasy  This position requires the following skills and experience: Bachelor’s Degree required 5+ years experience successfully building and managing partner programs to drive sales revenue Proven successful sales experience in broadband or a related industry; experience maintaining effective relationships with channel partners in these industries Demonstrated track record of elevating channel sales performance and driving overall channel sales results Experience in a rapid-growth environment Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills Speakeasy offers a full suite of benefits, including full medical, dental, and vision coverage (100% paid for employees); a 401(K) plan with a company matching contribution; a transportation benefit; and many other excellent perks.
