Change Management - Senior/Lead

Individual should have Organizational Change Management/ Organization behavior education and expertise with a background in the pharmaceutical industry. Be able to plan effective change strategies for various audiences affected by large company wide organizational change initiatives.  Human resources expertise in organizational redesign, employee engagement and talent management.  Communication expertise in designing effective communication plans and communications that support large organizational changes.

Specific responsibilities would include:

Organizational change (HR)

• Create and manage a comprehensive project plan to deliver desired outcomes and objectives

• Act as liaison with HR, project sponsors and other key stakeholders

• Create and manage stakeholder diagnostic and analysis

• Create and manage stakeholder plan and progress against desired results/outcomes

• Plan and manage change team project meetings (agendas, meeting minutes and project plan)

• Manage change team members to execute change plan

Communication

• Plan, develop, execute communication strategies to effectively manage expectations and promote positive change across affected business groups within Company and with external stakeholders

• Create communication plan including timing, method, key messages, user groups and communication sender

• Manage communication review and approval process to meet communication plan deadlines

• Identify potential barriers for organizational and procedural changes that may impact the success of the project

• Identify and lead communication efforts for required process changes

• Compile, create, and format slide presentations and other communication vehicles tailored to the global Company and external audiences

• Updating documents

• Supporting special communication requests

Training

• Interface with Global Learning & Development as they develop and execute training strategies

Requirements

• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

• 7-10 years of organizational change and communications experience with consulting firms such as Exult, Hay, Mercer, etc. and an emphasis on health care / pharmaceutical. 

• Strong business writing, presentation creation and formatting for executive to employee level audiences.

• Creative thinking for crafting communications to broad audiences.

• Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and project streams simultaneously.

• Excellent computer skills including Windows NT, MS Word, MS Excel, email client (Thunderbird)  PowerPoint.

• Ability to lead organizational change effort will limited direction and follow up.

• Required B.S. in human resources, communications, health care or similar area of study. 

• Graduate degree a plus.
