Work with IT to assist in developing and documenting appropriate process and system interface requirements for internal as well as external business and system applications? Develop and maintain Intranet applications, mainframe to web applications and reporting tools? Provide business decision support analysis including data queries, data analysis, Ad Hoc reports and marketing analysis? Provide support to management team in the use of appropriate analysis tools such as Query Man, MS Excel, MS Access and SQL? Document specifications for business reporting requirements? Design and implant business reports using appropriate reporting tools? Ensure that all business objectives and requirements are communicated clearly and accurately to the appropriate IT development teams? Provide support for systems training and documentation? Participate and/or manage joint development workshops to develop project design models? Create Opportunity Evaluations and Project Proposals in accordance with the Sears Systems Development Methodology for the development of new systems? Aid the business owner in the assessment of systems projects? Provide advice and guidance to business representatives when assessing risks and benefits associated with systems projects? Analyzes data and conducts rood cause assessments to produce process improvements? Develop and document business systems requirements? Provide written functional specifications to IT project teams? Ensure those business issues or questions that are related to systems development projects are answered or resolved ? Prepare and execute end user acceptance test plans? Develop programs release strategies and rollout plans? Plan and implement field systems tests and pilots? Demonstrate and foster teamwork with region and with other Sears units?
