CRM/Telecon Engineer

We are seeking an exceptional CRM/Telecon Engineer whose primary responsibility will be to support the WAN, CRM and desktop systems that run the Company’s current three customer service call centers.

 

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, team oriented culture where individual contributions make a difference!

 

Primary responsibilities include:

 

·  Translate operational requirements and existing architecture into clear and concise documentation

·  Monitor long-term performance statistics, and suggest preemptive action to prevent bottlenecks and outages

·  Directly support the WAN, CRM, and desktop systems that run Webloyalty’s three customer service call centers

·  Complete daily operational tasks as specified by our operations standards

·  Participate in a 24x7 on-call systems support schedule

 

Required background and qualifications include:

 

·  Detailed knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures for maintaining, troubleshooting, and securing high-availability enterprise networks

·  BS/BA degree in Computer Science or a related field is required

·  5+ years of experience in managing high-availability enterprise networks

·  Requires a detailed knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures for maintaining, troubleshooting, and securing high-availability enterprise networks

·  Requires a detailed working knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals and troubleshooting

·  Requires a detailed working knowledge of the Cisco IOS routing and LAN switching architectures and operations, QoS, WAN, and MPLS.

·  Requires a working knowledge of VoIP / SIP based telecoms systems, specifically Avaya and/or Shoretel, and a proven record for managing multi-site PBX installations

·  Requires a working knowledge of Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server, Windows XP, and IIS 5.0/6.0

·  Excellent analytical skills and problem solving ability are a must!

·  Microsoft and Cisco certifications are strongly desired

·  Proficiency in a scripting language is desired (Perl, VBScript, etc)

·  Ability to translate existing and proposed configurations and architectures into clear and concise documentation is desired.

·  Must have great attention to detail

·  Must be able to travel as some travel will be required
