CRM Project Team Manager

BroadPoint Technologies, one of the fastest growing providers of Business Applications and Consulting Services in the U.S., with offices in Bethesda MD, Richmond VA, Chesapeake VA and Raleigh NC, has an immediate need for a CRM Practice Team Manager in our Bethesda office.

 

Description:  The Project Team Manager’s primary focus is the efficient deployment of their team resources and the satisfaction of the customers in their region/practice.  This includes the development and administration of all team resources, and articulation of a CRM vision for the company.

Primary Responsibilities and Objectives:

¨       Customer Satisfaction (30%)

o    Have regular touch with all active/engaged customers

o    Oversee all Dynamics CRM-based projects

o    Execute satisfaction surveying and respond as defined by plan

¨       Team Development and Engagement Compliance (30%)

o    Build relationships with Microsoft, ISV’s, industry groups and customers

o    Work closely with sales and marketing teams for resource and customer planning

o    Contribute to the development of BroadPoint intellectual property, including assets and knowledge capital

o    Ensure certification and training plans for all consultants that align with Dynamics CRM practice goals and objectives

o    Craft winning implementation proposals

o    Articulate vision of post implementation success

¨       Operational Efficiency (40%)

o    Ensure efficient utilization of consulting resources with alignment of rate-appropriateness

o    Manage team to financial and reference-ability success

 

Minimum Requirements:

¨       Deep functional and technical acumen and understanding of CRM

¨       Strong customer service orientation

¨       Proven project management skill with ownership of CRM-based implementation methodology and ability to develop team PM and implementation skills

¨       Business Process Analysis and Design – ability to architect complex, CRM-based solutions

¨       Minimum BS/BA in a technical discipline or equivalent experience

¨       10+ years experience in practice area consulting delivery, including customer solution development and presales

¨       Demonstrated success in leading and managing people in a team-based environment

¨       Strong written and verbal communication skills

¨       Strong administrative skills

¨       Strong consulting skills
