GreenPages is recruiting for a Credit Administrator to assist the Credit Analyst with responsibilities related to analyzing and qualifying new business clients. This is a part-time position, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Some of the key functions of this role are:
Validation of new leads Completion of Bank and Trade references Securing D&B reports Preparation of existing files for annual review Placing Collection calls Facilitating RMA requests Daily filing and various other administration tasks
Training will be provided. While no previous Credit experience is required, experience in an accounting support, administrative or customer service role will be helpful. Applicants should have good Microsoft Word and Excel skills, articulate and professional communication skills and the ability to work independently.
